What is the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment and how long does it take?
It is the Gallup Institute’s talent assessment. It is taken online and takes about 40–45 minutes. The result is a Top 5, All 34 or Leader (Top 10) report, available in many languages. More about the Gallup assessment for organisations →
How long is the Team Synergy™ workshop?
The workshop takes one day, typically for a team of up to 14 people; we also work with larger groups. The whole process, including the assessment, 1:1 sessions and follow-up, usually takes a few weeks.
What is Gallup AI and how does it support a team?
It is Gallup’s AI assistant based on CliftonStrengths™ results. It helps participants apply their talents to everyday work between sessions with their coach. At TLnC Global you receive it together with the assessment.
Do you work internationally, online and in other languages?
Yes. We have delivered projects in 16 countries and 6 languages – on site and online – with a team of Gallup-certified coaches.
How much does a team programme cost?
The price depends on the team size and the scope of the programme. After a 30-minute call we prepare a proposal tailored to your needs.
